Retreat Focus – This retreat is a time to relax, rejuvenate and have the luxury of having time for a daily deepening of ones yoga practice, under the expert guidance of our senior teachers, Louisa Sear & J C Nikhil Leal, as well as, allowing time to enjoy the delights of Bali.
Venue & Accommodation: The Shala Bali is a beautiful purpose built yoga center in a quiet village area of Ubud. Recently voted one of the most beautiful Yoga Shalas in Ubud, the Yoga pavilion is open on 3 sides with roll down blinds, for optimum air flow, with a timber floor. The view from the yoga pavilion offers a feast of lush gardens, coconut palms and rice paddy fields. Rooms at The Shala Bali are stylishly furnished and have open, private bathrooms giving a sense of being close to nature.The Shala Bali is unique as it is very close to down town Ubud but it is very peaceful with lush, beautiful gardens and surrounds. The facilities include, 2 onsite organic, vegetarian cafes (Indian, Balinese & Ayurvedic inspired cuisine), a 20 meter salt water lap pool and an Ayurvedic Day Spa.
Whats included on the Yoga Rejuvenation Retreats: Morning & afternoon Vinyasa Style Yoga asanas suitable for beginners to more advanced Yoga practitioners, daily breakfast, onsite twin share accommodation, Meditation, Pranayama, Yoga Philosophy talks, Ayurveda talks, 2 Ayurveda treatments with a choice of; Abyanga massage, shirodhara or Indian head massage, Airport pickup on your arrival (one way) & free wifi.

Ubud is located in the cool tranquil hills of Bali and offers scenic rural views surrounded by lush, fertile rice paddy fields. Even though this is a rural setting Ubud has a thriving community and town center with amazing restaurants, cafes, and day spas all easily accessible by foot or taxi from The Shala Bali.
