Our weekend retreats are designed for those people caught up in this hectic twenty-four seven lifestyle, who need to reconnect and renew. With yoga, meditation, silent moments set in a tranquil lush sub tropical five acre property nestled at the base of mount warning in Uki northern NSW; Mt Warning is where the sun rise first touches the Australian mainland. The retreat allows the mind body and soul, time to unwind; Nalini boasts two large lily ponds that are spring feed, they are alive with turtles, birds and even a platypus.

We start on Friday afternoon from three pm onwards and finish on Sunday afternoon. In between time is filled with a variety of yoga and mediation plus many other activities with local grown fabulous vegetarian cuisine or you can just chill. If you are energetic enough you can climb to the summit of Mt Warning on Sunday morning.

Cheryl-anne Leary has been teaching yoga for over ten years and has been practicing even longer, her style of yoga is mixture of all the modern style which are blended into one class so you can feel what is right for your body type this enables guests to work at there own level.

Gonging meditation which is where we play the gongs while you are meditating, the vibrations and echoes fill the airwaves, these vibrations enter the body where tension is stored this is then shifted from the mind and body then released, leaving you energised, uplifted after this elevating experience.

We are situated forty minutes drive north of Byron Bay and forty minute’s drive south from the Gold Coast airport.

Cost is $440.00 all inclusive. Two nights accommodation all meals and activities.
